Nimble offers a Consultants Import sheet which can be filled out and imported into the Nimble. So that way, you can upload the information of consultants individually.

Steps
  • Login to your account & navigate to ‘Utilities
  • Go to Consultants Import
  • Select the Corporation & browse the file
  • Click on Import

  • Go to ‘Over Head Account Configuration
  • Select the Corporation & enter Mapping Account information
  • Click on Save

  • Click on ‘Commissions’ from the left-hand menu
  • Select Corporation, Commission By, Name & Check the Invoice or Receipt option
  • Select any one of the commission & Click on Pay
  • Enter the ‘Commission Pay’ details & click ‘Check’ or ‘Journal’ or ‘Bill
  • Commissions will be paid to that respective sales team

How to create a vendor?

Steps:
  • Login to your account
  • Navigate to ‘Vendors
  • Click on ‘Add New’ & enter the required fields
  • Click on ‘Save & Close’ once you’re done
How to create a Bill Entry?

Steps:
Login to your account

Navigate to ‘Vendors

Select “Bill Entry

Select Expense for utility bills (or) timesheets for C2C/1099 consultants

Select from available time sheets

Click on Save & close once done
