Nimble offers a remarkable solution which makes your invoicing practice easier. “Invoice Automation” feature is directly linked to the timesheet system and just within a single click, all the timesheets can be converted to invoices which can be sent directly to your clients from Nimble.
Steps
  • Login to your account
  • Navigate to ‘Customers
  • Select ‘Invoice Automation
  • And then, select Corporation, Profit Center and Customer: Consultant
  • Click on ‘Go
  • List of invoices to be created will be displayed
  • Select all or custom select and click on Create

  • Fill in the ‘Additional Details’ & browse if any attachments

Nimble offers exceptional AR Follow up feature, which can be managed through the alert settings where in you not only can track the aging of invoices but also send reminders to your clients as well.

Steps
  • Navigate to ‘Profile’ icon, which is placed on the right-side top of the window.
  • Click on ‘Alert Settings
  • Go to ‘AR Settings’ from the left side menu
  • Configure the Follow-up Frequency Range
  • Click on ‘Save
  • Now navigate to ‘Customers’ >> ‘AR Follow-up
  • Select Corporation, Customer and Consultant
  • Click on ‘Get
  • As per the configuration, the system will display the overdue Invoice Information below.
  • Expand them by clicking + and select the particular Invoices
  • Click on Send.

The Print Invoice feature of Nimble lets you print multiple invoices for a single consultant all at once.
Steps
  • Navigate to ‘Customers’ >> ‘Print Invoice’ tab
  • Select Corporation, Customer: Consultant
  • Enter the From & To dates & Click ‘Get’ button
  • Check the required fields from the list of Invoices
  • Click on ‘Print’ and you’re done
