Configure & reconcile your bank/credit card accounts by connecting with Nimble Accounting.

Reconciling your Bank Accounts is easy and secure with Nimble Accounting. Update and reconcile your books of accounts with Nimble as and when required. Connect your Bank accounts with and get feeds, auto bank transactions automatically.

Navigate to ‘Banking’ from the left-hand menu
  • Go to Bank Feed & click on Create Account
  • Select your Bank from the drop down
  • Enter the login credentials of the bank
  • Click on Connect

Nimble’s ‘Auto Reconciliation’ feature allows you to configure your bank/credit card accounts to connect with Nimble Accounting and update and reconcile the books of accounts as and when required.

Steps
  • Login to your account & Navigate to Banking
  • Click on Reconciliation
  • Select Automatic or Manual
Manual: Click on ‘Manual’ button
Start comparing & matching your bank feeds with real-time statements

Automatic: Click on ‘Automatic’ button
Enter the details and click on ‘Get Feeds’, our system will automatically reconcile the books

(a) How to create a check
  • Navigate to ‘Banking’ from the left side menu
  • Click on ‘Check’ & then ‘Add New
  • Select your bank which is mapped to your account under bank feeds
  • Enter Purpose, Chart of Accounts, Payee Name, Amount details
  • Click on Save
(b) How to print checks
  • Navigate to ‘Banking’ from the left side menu
  • Click on ‘Print Checks
  • Select your Corporation, Bank Account, Starting Check Num
  • Click on ‘Get’ button
  • Select all your checks and print them all at once

Yes, with a few clicks you can connect your credit card with Nimble.

Steps
  • Navigate to ‘Banking’ from the left-hand menu
  • Go to Bank Feed & click on Create Account
  • Select your Bank for the credit card from the drop down
  • Enter the login credentials of the bank
  • Click on Connect
  • After successfully connecting, select ‘Map Accounts’ on the same screen and from the drop down select the bank account & nimble credit account
Click on “map accounts” button to finish the process

  • Select Corporation and click on Connect to dropdown
  • Now you can select your connected bank account from the drop down.
  • You will get displayed with all the bank transactions in a grid showing transactions with matched and unmatched status.
  • Select the entries that you want to post into Nimble Transactions by clicking on Post in Action column.
  • By default the account will be selected as “Ask the accountant”.
  • To change the Chart of Account click on Ask the accountant, select the respective Chart of account, Name and then click on post.
  • To post the transactions in the bulk, select all the transactions then click on the drop down to post or skip the transactions.
